The leading electric motorbike manufacturer Tromox’s new factory, which took one year to build, was officially put into use in June, 2021. The factory is located in Sino-Italian Ecological Park, near Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo. The park is near Shanghai and Ningbo ports, which is very convenient and cost efficient in container shipment. The factory covers an area of about 10,000 square meters and employs 50 employees at the moment.
Driven by the COVID19 and citizens’ increasing attention to environmental protection, the world has witnessed an explosive growth in the electric mobility market, especially electric bikes. As an emerging manufacturer of electric motorcycle and e moped, Tromox has also experienced a fast development and growth since last year, which has brought a challenge to the order delivery. By putting the Ningbo factory into use, we can shorten the lead time to 3 weeks for our overseas customers.
The new factory is equipped with two assembly lines and one testing line. It will support an annual production capacity of 100,000 units of Tromox Mino (lightweight electric moped), Tromox Ukko (equivalent to 125cc electric motorcycle), and Tromox Pesgo (e bike).
